Special Designation Species Order Form

Starting July 2026, explicitly labeled species on the site will require paperwork to be filled out to purchase these species from me. Due to me becoming such a centralized source for captive bred Canadian Land Snails & Slugs, this is primarily for native species that have little to no active captive breeding/ongoing captive care in Canada, let alone the wider North American hobby. This helps me track the long term success of the species in the wider hobby once sold and ensuring people maintain contact regarding the individuals health. For the time being the species these are being applied to are:

Changeable Mantleslugs (Megapallifera mutabilis) juveniles:

Velvet Wedge Snails (Xolotrema denotatum) juveniles:
